The Spatty
If you are familiar with the show Shark Tank then you may have seen this product before. This is the Spatty. Originally pitched on Shark Tank it is essentially a small long spatula designed to get every last drop of product out of bottles that are otherwise difficult to empty completely. Think lotion bottles, Makeup containers, ketchup bottles, ect. There really are so many uses for it! I keep mine in the bathroom for all my makeup products (see below), but I would love a second set for the kitchen.
Below is a side-by-side of the 2 different sizes of Spatty along with my favorite kitchen spatula for comparison. The Spatty comes in 12″ or 6″ lengths. On the website they do seem to have ones for different purposes (beauty, kitchen, craft, home and auto), however I think they are just different colors. They all say dishwasher safe, BPA free, and made in the USA. I recommend getting both sizes. The small one fits into anything, but the larger one has such a long handle that really comes in handy (haha).

The most recent product that I’ve used this on was my facial cleanser. This bottle had a pump top and seemed to be empty, well….see for yourself!
I recovered a huge amount of product from the bottom of this bottle that I was otherwise ready to throw away! This is at least 2 weeks worth of product for me. Amazing! It’s little affordable things like this that make life easier that I just love, and I love to share.
The 2 piece set is $11 and would make a great stocking stuffer (see here for another stocking stuffer idea).
This is just one of those product that people should know about IMO. I use mine regularly and every time I use it I think what a good invention it is! Definitely a “why didn’t I think of that?” item.
